The Sinner's Prayer

What must I do to be saved?

 

This is such a critical question! Is there a question of greater importance to any man, anywhere in the world, at any time in history? I don't think so.
If I blow this one, what else matters? Jesus said,

 

"For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

(Mark 8:36-37)

If someone asked you this question, how would you answer? And is that answer Biblical?
